Welcome to Rolochat, a Chrome extension developed and owned entirely by TAISK Labs. Rolochat allows users to interact with their HubSpot data to pull insights, graphs, and details quickly and easily. By using Rolochat, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Rolochat is a product of TAISK Labs, a trading name of Bucephalus Ltd. Company number: 14953586. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2N.

3. Access and Authentication

  • Access Points: Users can access Rolochat exclusively via the HubSpot public app market or the Chrome Store.

  • Authentication: All accounts are authenticated using HubSpot Auth0. Users only have access to data on HubSpot that their permissions allow.

  • Data Storage: No data is held by Rolochat. All data interactions are conducted through authenticated sessions.​

 
4. Subscription and Payment

  • Free Trial: Rolochat offers a free trial of 30 calls. Beyond this trial, ongoing access requires a subscription.

  • Subscription Fees: The monthly subscription fee is £14.99.

  • Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time.​

 
5. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are available upon request. For details and customisation, please contact labs.taisk.com.

6. Use of Service

  • Permitted Use: Users must use Rolochat in compliance with all applicable laws and HubSpot’s terms and policies.

  • Permissions: Users can only access data that their HubSpot permissions allow.​

 
7. Modifications to the Service

TAISK Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue Rolochat at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAISK Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Rolochat.​

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
